01Who can use MOOSYC

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

02What MOOSYC does

MOOSYC provides tools and services that help artists, labels, and rights holders distribute music and related content to digital streaming platforms and stores.

03Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by unauthorized access beyond your control.

04Your music belongs to you

You retain ownership of your music, artwork, lyrics, metadata, and all other content you upload to MOOSYC.

We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

To provide the Service, you grant MOOSYC and its trusted partners a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, distribute, display, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

05Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and distribute your content.

You agree not to upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

06Royalties & payments

Royalties are paid according to the information shown in your account and any applicable agreements.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.

If we reasonably believe that royalties are connected to fraud, copyright infringement, artificial streaming, or other serious violations, we may temporarily delay or withhold payouts while the matter is reviewed. Where reasonably possible, we will communicate with you and work toward a fair resolution.

07Fees & refunds

Certain features or subscriptions may require payment.

30-day money-back guarantee: if you buy a yearly plan on moosyc.com and it is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked. The guarantee covers the first year of a plan, not renewals. Releases already delivered stay live.

Plans bought in the App Store or on Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules, as we cannot refund those payments ourselves.

For any other purchase you are unhappy with, please contact us. We believe in treating artists fairly and will consider refund requests in good faith.

08Fair use of the Service

You agree not to use MOOSYC to engage in fraud, manipulate streams or royalties, interfere with the Service, or violate the rights of others.

09Account suspension or termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the Service.

If we believe these Terms have been seriously violated or are required to act by law or by our distribution partners, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service. Whenever reasonably possible, we will notify you first and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking permanent action.

10Disclaimer

We work hard to provide a reliable Service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always operate without errors.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOOSYC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email where appropriate.
