3. User Accounts

Registration is required for certain features.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information upon registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

4.1 Your Rights

You retain all rights in the music, artwork, and data you upload or submit to MOOSYC.

By uploading content, you grant MOOSYC and its partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, publicly perform, display, and promote your music on your behalf solely for the provision and promotion of the Service.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and distribute your content through MOOSYC.

You must not upload infringing, illegal, or otherwise prohibited materials.

5. Distribution & Royalties

Royalties (after applicable fees or commissions) will be paid out according to the rates and schedule outlined in your dashboard or agreement.

It is your responsibility to ensure accurate payment information and comply with your local tax regulations.

We reserve the right to freeze or withhold payments if fraudulent or infringing activity is detected.

6. Payment & Fees

Fees for premium features and distribution services may apply as outlined on the MOOSYC website or within your account.

All purchases and fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

Attempt to artificially inflate plays, streams, downloads, or royalties by automated means or other manipulation.

Infringe on others’ intellectual property rights or privacy.

MOOSYC may suspend or terminate access, and remove content, for violations at our sole discretion

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.

MOOSYC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account (with or without notice) if you breach these Terms, violate laws, or if the Service is discontinued.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

MOOSYC provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind.
